This book primarily helps you deal with different people with different strategies, and not in a sense that makes you manipulative or different, but rather finding new tailored ways to express yourself that helps other people understand you better. It got a bit boring when after a few historical figures were reviewed, but the main messages are still reviewed at the end and you can skip some of those initial character reviews.
